3765787 - Error when adding substitutes in Learning Administration

When attempting to add a substitute to an item in Learning Administration, clicking the Add button takes a long time and then shows an error pop-up: "An error occurred while processing your request.Reference #221.11834768.1779857775.29095d6chttps://errors.edgesuite.net/221.11834768.1779957885.290956d6b".

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to the SuccessFactors system.
2. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities.
3. Open any item and go to the Substitutes tab.
4. Click 'Add'. 
5. Search and select the substitute item. 
6. Click 'Add' once and wait a couple of minutes; the error appears.

This situation has been identified as a bug.

The learning engineering team has identified the root cause and corrected the code. The fix is planned to be delivered in version b2611 as part of the 2H 2026 release.
