3765852 - External Reference Field not Editable in Recurring Invoices Using Invoice Template - Supplier Invoicing

External Reference Field is not Editable (Greyed out) in Recurring Invoices when Editing Using an Invoice Template.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supplier Invoicing work center.
2. Go to Recurring Invoices view.
3. Choose Edit and Select to edit using an Invoice Template.

External Reference field is greyed out and cannot be edited.

The External Document ID maintained in the Invoice Template must be unique and cannot be reused, therefore, the External Reference field is not editable when using an Invoice Template.

This is standard system behavior.
