3765985 - Error " No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001812  for SSCUI 107266"– SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When trying to access SSCUI/Configuration Activity "107266- Assign Document Types to Business Transaction Types" (Customizing Activity FINSV_CBTTYPE_DC) there is an error raised: "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001812" (Message No. S_CUS_ACTIVITY029).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001812 or launch configuration activity SSCUI 107266 (Assign Document Types to Business Transaction Types).
2. Observe error message "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER1_70001812" (Message No. S_CUS_ACTIVITY029).

The SSCUI "Assign Document Types to Business Transaction Types" (SSCUI 107266) was not activated for the user's role in the IAM Apps (role BPC_EXPERT), resulting in missing authorization.

1. Open the Maintain Business Users app and verify the respective user has the business role BPC_EXPERT assigned.
2. Within role BPC_EXPERT, ensure the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GL0_PC is assigned to the user.
3. In the IAM Apps tab for the user's BPC_EXPERT role, locate SSCUI "Assign Document Types to Business Transaction Types" (SSCUI 107266) and activate the related checkbox as shown above.
4. Save the changes. Make sure that the changes are saved and the IAM app is activated.
5. Retry starting transaction S_ER1_70001812 or opening SSCUI 107266.
