3765993 - Child education allowance exemption are showing incorrect values after note implementation

• Child Education Allowance exemption limit has been showing wrong even after Budget note implementation.( 3740048 - New Income Tax Rules 2026)
• /4E1 wage type is not having 36000.00 Rs for the full FY year although limit has been changed on V_T7INT9 table.
• Monthly child education allowance exemption amount is not being shown as 3000.00 Rs although limit has been changed on V_T7INT9 table.
