3766011 - No Jobs Logs in APP Schedule Accruals Job in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

You want to know when application jobs that have already run are deleted in the app schedule accruals jobs.

1. Open the system.
2. Open the Schedule Accruals app.
3. Select a date range (for example, from 01.01.2026 to today).
4. Observe that no job and no job log appear, although accrual postings exist that were created by this job.

The application automatically deletes job logs after a 14‑day retention period. Jobs and their logs older than 14 days are purged and no longer visible by design.

1. Determine when the Schedule Accruals job was run. If it was run more than 14 days ago, note that the job and its logs were automatically deleted by design and cannot be recovered.
2. If longer retention is needed, submit a feature request so product management can evaluate extending the retention period (refer to the link below).
3. For future runs, review and download or export job logs within 14 days to retain evidence before automatic deletion.
