Symptom

  • A weight-related information dialog appears during shipment creation/change.
  • The pop-up repeats on each save action, including when saving individual shipment statuses.
  • Error message displayed: "Total Weight xxxxx is more than the allowed weight for shipment".
  • The behavior is observed for a specific shipment type.
  • Unnecessary Weight Warning during Shipment process is not expected.
