  • A Person or UnifiedPerson record in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) contains incorrect or outdated data — for example, due to a faulty ERP integration or an accidental duplicate creation.
  • The affected entry cannot be deleted through the FSM Admin interface and must be removed directly via the FSM Data API.
