Symptom
- One or more ServiceAssignment entries exist in SAP FSM with incorrect or outdated data — for example, assigned to the wrong technician or created by a faulty ERP integration.
- The assignment cannot be deleted through the SAP FSM UI once it has been processed, and must be removed directly via the Data API.
