Symptom

  • Characteristics are automatically removed from change requests at approval step when opened.
  • The user does not manually remove characteristics; removal happens upon opening the change request at approval step.
  • An authorization check related to Classification can occur when opening the change request (for example, SU53 shows object C_KLAH_BKL and activity 01).

OR 

  • While clicking on the CR number or by doing a search of material and clicking on the material, system throws 500 Internal server error - THE ASSERT CONDITION GOT VIOLATED.
