3766198 - HANA Cloud Memory Upsize Hanging with Option "Apply Changes without Restarting the DB"

Symptom

Increase HANA Cloud instance memory to next available block of memory and storage with the option "Apply changes without Restarting the DB".

However, the upsize doesn't seem to complete.

The tenant database however is still accessible:
