3766334 - Scheduled publications for live data connections fail when no user session is active - SAP analytics cloud

• Scheduling of stories or insights that use a live data connection fails when no user is logged in.
• Scheduling succeeds only when a user is actively logged into the tenant.
• Backend traces show SSL handshake failures with error code "SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED" at certain times.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Create or open a story/insight that uses a direct live data connection.
2. Create a schedule for the story/insight.
3. Ensure no user session is active in the tenant.
4. Observe that the scheduled job fails. When a user is actively logged in, the schedule succeeds.
