3766348 - is it possible to award a supplier who did not participate in a SAP Ariba Sourcing event?

A sourcing event has been completed, and the project owner would like to award a supplier that was invited to the event but did not submit a response.
In some cases, the supplier may have provided pricing or commercial information outside of SAP Ariba due to a business or technical issue. However, when creating or reviewing the award scenario, the supplier is not available for award allocation.
