3766378 - MRP: Subcontracting reuirement qty mismatch with BOM due to UoM decimal places=0.

Symptom

After MRP run, it is observed that SubReq quantity doesn't match the component quantity defined in the BOM.
Consequently, when creating inbound delivery with reference to the scheduling agreement item in t-code VL31n,
the proposed component quantity also differs from the expected BOM proportion which has been set in t-code CS03.
