3766425 - SAP Business ByDesign 2605 Hotfix Collection 2 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 2 performed in 2605 release of SAP Business ByDesign.  

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 12^th of June 2026. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Centre.

Incident Management

• The invalid component issue is fixed. Customers can now create cases seamlessly as the system automatically selects a default component when a restricted component is used in the new Built In Support. (Hotfix ID: 1000041962)

Business Task Management

• The "Check Inconsistencies" button, introduced in release 2605 within the Application and User Management work center under Task Distribution -> Approval Processes, has been reverted and is no longer available. This button was originally designed to identify terminated employees listed as direct approvers in a selected approval process. An enhanced version or alternative solution to identify such approvers will be delivered in a future release.   (Hotfix ID: 1000039373)

My Launchpad, Self Service

• The Shopping Cart shortcut tile has been removed from My Launchpad → 'Self Service' Group due to an issue with the delete functionality in 'Track My Shopping Carts' when accessed from this Self Service shortcut tile.
  
  Users can continue managing shopping carts using one of the following options:
  1. Go to the Home work center.
  2. Navigate to the Self-Services view and the Self-Services Overview sub view.
  3. In the Shopping section select the Track My Shopping Carts hyperlink.
     Add the Track My Shopping Carts tile directly to My Launchpad using Start Personalization Mode.
