3766428 - Rehire Job Information history not visible for rehire in People Profile - Onboarding

• Rehire’s Job Information history is not displayed in Employee Central.
• The Job Information History button is not visible in Employment Information.
• The user’s profile still shows “Onboarding New Hire” status instead of an employee status.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Access the rehire’s profile in Employee Central with a role that can view Employment Information.
2. Navigate to Employment Information > Job Information.
3. Observe that the Job Information History button is missing and no history entries are shown.
4. Check the profile header/status and note it still shows “Onboarding New Hire” (rehire not yet hired via Manage Pending Hires).

Manage Pending Hires was not completed for the rehire. Until the rehire is processed in Manage Pending Hires, Job Information history will not be visible. This is the expected behavior.

1. Open Manage Pending Hires in Employee Central.
2. Locate the rehire record and complete the hiring action to convert the user from onboarding status to employee.
3. After processing, verify the profile no longer shows “Onboarding New Hire”.
4. Navigate to Employment Information > Job Information and confirm that the Job Information History button and historical records are now visible.
