3766514 - I am unable to pick up load tender (EDI 204) from the SFTP folder in the carrier system

Symptom

  • I am sending load tender messages (EDI 204) to a carrier via SFTP, but the carrier system does not pick up the files from the SFTP folder.
  • Freight orders are delayed or fail because the load tenders remain unprocessed for an extended period.
  • The issue occurs consistently, even though the carrier has configured polling with a frequency of 1 minute. Restarting or re-enabling the service does not resolve the issue.
