3766520 - PGI fails with "goods movement bin not populated" (/scwm/goods_movement002) when billing-relevant packaging items are included - SAP s/4hana cloud public edition

• When attempting to post goods issue (PGI) for an outbound delivery that includes billing-relevant packaging items, the system returns an error and PGI cannot be completed.
• Error message: Deliver ABC Item XX "Goods movement bin not populated"
• Error code: /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT002

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order with packaging materials configured as billable.
2. Create an outbound delivery.
3. Assign handling units.
4. Start posting goods issue.
5. Observe that the system returns the error and PGI is not completed.

• Goods movement bin determination is missing for packaging item types in the Determine Goods Movement Bin app (specifically for item types HUPB and HUPM).

1. Open the app Determine Goods Movement Bin.
2. Select the relevant warehouse number.
3. Maintain a goods movement bin per item type required for outbound processing.
4. Ensure entries exist for item types HUPB (billing-relevant packaging item) and HUPM (non-billing-relevant packaging item).
5. Save the configuration.
6. Retry posting the goods issue for the outbound delivery.
