3766604 - PI-AEX Initial Setup Wizard Stuck at step ~300 (ESR import) with HTTP 307 redirect

1) After a recent System Copy while executing PI-AEX Initial setup Wizard stuck ~63% with below error:
ResourceException: Connection to system Integration Builder using application CMS-Transport lost. Detailed information: Error accessing "http://<host>:<port>/rep/cmstransport/int" the user "<USER>". Response code is 307, response message is Temporary Redirect
