3766674 - Failed to add job server with "You might not have local administrator privilege" (BODI-310209) when creating a new job server - SAP Data Services

Can not add a new job server using Server Manager. The job server error can not be saved and the following error appears:

"Failed to add Job Server. You might not have local administrator privilege to execute this application on this computer. Ensure that you select "Run as administrator" when you execute the application. (BODI-310209). "

The error occurs even when starting Data Services Server Manager with "Run as administrator" and when the user is a local administrator.
