3766726 - Create Inbound Deliveries app not showing purchase orders after 2025 system upgrade

Symptom

The Create Inbound Deliveries app does not return any results after the 2025 system upgrade. Purchase Orders can still be found and created through the GUI transaction VL31N. The issue can be reproduced in the SAP GUI using transaction /SCWM/GRPE.
