3766742 - Position Field Not Auto-Populating in NHDR for Candidates Transferred from SmartRecruiters to Onboarding - Onboarding

The Position field remains blank during New Hire Data Review for candidates sent from SmartRecruiters to Onboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create and hire a candidate in SmartRecruiters, ensuring the candidate is successfully transferred to Onboarding.
2. Navigate to the candidate's onboarding process and open the New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step.
3. Review the candidate details in the NHDR form.
4. Observe that the Position field is blank and is not automatically populated.

This behavior is expected by design.

The current SmartRecruiters-to-Onboarding integration only synchronizes a limited set of candidate data fields, including first name, last name, manager ID, company, and start date. The Position field is not part of the supported data mapping and is therefore not transferred to Onboarding. As a result, the Position field remains blank during the New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step unless it is manually populated.
