3766764 - SLDREG Registration Fails with SSL Error: SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED

Symptom

The sldreg is failing with  "Failed to open HTTP connection!"

When checking the sldreg_http_trace.log as per the KBA :2848708 the following error is noticed
