3766767 - Understanding note visibility options in candidate records - SmartRecruiters

Symptom

Different note options are available when adding notes to candidate records in SmartRecruiters: Open note, Direct message, Everyone, and Note to self.
The visibility rules and access permissions for each note type need clarification.
There is uncertainty about whether notes set to Everyone are visible to all users in the company or only those with access to the candidate or job.
