3766772 - How to bulk update user system roles in SmartRecruiters integrated with SuccessFactors - SmartRecruiters

When SmartRecruiters is integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, the bulk upload functionality in User Management is disabled. User records must be managed in SuccessFactors and synchronized to SmartRecruiters. However, the synchronization process only assigns users the Employee system role by default.

For organizations with a large number of users who require different system roles (such as Recruiter, HRBP, or Hiring Manager), there is a need to update system roles at scale after the initial synchronization.
