3766791 - After Restarting Onboarding, "Complete e-Signature for New Hire Tasks" Card Remains Visible on Candidate Homepage - Onboarding

When an onboarding process is restarted while the "Complete e-Signature for New Hire tasks" homepage card is still pending, the card remains visible on the candidate's homepage after the new process is created. The Onboarding Dashboard shows only data collection tasks as active, but the stale e-Signature card is not removed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Start an onboarding process that generates the "Complete e-Signature for New Hire tasks" homepage card for the candidate.
2. Leave the card in pending state without completing the e-Signature task.
3. Restart the onboarding process for the same candidate.
4. Navigate to the candidate's homepage.
5. Observe that the "Complete e-Signature for New Hire tasks" card remains visible, even though the related tasks are cancelled and only data collection is active in the dashboard.

When the document flow for a custom task is awaiting the onboardee's signature and the onboarding process is restarted, the system does not delete the associated homepage card. The card deletion is not triggered as part of the process restart flow, leaving a stale entry on the candidate's homepage. This is a confirmed defect (OBX-43792). A permanent fix is planned for the 2H 2026 release.

2. Verify that the "Complete e-Signature for New Hire tasks" card no longer appears on the candidate's homepage.
3. If the card persists, re-run the card cleanup in the Check Tool and confirm that no active items from the previous process instance remain.
