  • Attempting to approve or reject a submitted form in the Manage Data Collection Forms application fails.

  • Warning: "The workflow is still being prepared. Wait a few seconds, then try again."

  • Form approval and rejection functionalities remain locked and unresponsive, while updating form recipients is still possible.

  • Behavior occurs isolated to a specific form after updating custom dimension descriptions or master data post-release.
