3766828 - When adding external event to learning history with e-signature approval, the system displays "Learning Not Recorded"

While recoding a learning history via "add to learning history" on learning user side for an external event, the system is throwing "Learning Not Recorded".

1. Access Learning >
2. Add to Learning History >
3. Select External Event >
4. Input the external learning details > 
5. Proceed through the add to learning history wizard >
6. Enter the user name and PIN for e-signature >
7. Click on Confirm >
8. The system displays the warning “Learning Not Recorded".

The e-signature approval process for external events is configured to request to the user’s supervisor approvals, but the end user doesn't have a valid supervisor defined.

Due to the approval chain has no valid approver, the learning is not recorded.

Verify the user's record and check if there is a valid supervisor. If no valid supervisor is configured, configure for the end user and attempt to record the completion.
