3766852 - In stock transfer scenario, how to prevent EWM zero quantity deliveries to create intercompany billings

Symptom

  • In VL03N, the intercompany billing status at item level (LIPS-FKIVK) remains A (Not yet processed) after the outbound delivery is completed in EWM with zero quantity.
  • The ERP delivery is zeroed by queue processing, goods movement (GM) status shows C (Completed), but intercompany billing status stays A.
  • The issue occurs in the outbound delivery/logistics execution process integrated with EWM and affects billing relevance monitoring.
  • No error messages are displayed.
