3766854 - "HR Service Management" Tile is visible in MS Teams SF App

Symptom

The "HR Service Management" card appears in the MS Teams app despite not being configured on:

  • SF Work Tech Configuration > Quick Actions >Manage my cases

Customer does not have any licenses/integration to use this feature, yet the tile is showing.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to MS Teams app -> SuccessFactors application
  2. The "HR Service Management" card is displayed despite no configuration/integration.

Resolution

Our Engineering Team has planned to deliver the fix by July 3rd.
