3766899 - Manual email notification not available for already launched performance forms

The performance form has already been distributed and is currently in progress. After updating the notification date in the form template configuration. Whether a manual notification can be sent to the participants without redistributing the existing forms?

Updating the notification date in the form template does not retroactively apply to forms already launched or in progress, and there is no option to manually send email notifications for already launched forms.

1. Changing the notification date in the template does not send retroactive notifications for in-progress or already launched forms.
