3766917 - Error: All attribute external IDs are invalid - when trying to remove Inactive attributes from Growth Portfolio

When trying to remove an inactive attribute assigned to the Growth Portfolio of any user using Integration Center, an error causes integration job failure. 

Error: Http Error response code: 400 and message: Portfolio request payload validation failed.

When the payload is reviewed, the errors shows: All attribute external IDs are invalid. Please provide correct attribute external IDs and try the import again.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Integration Center > Create > Import an Integration Definition. 
2. Import the ".icd" file, proceed with the integration definition creation. 
3. Save the Integration and run it to receive the error.

• Attribute is set as Inactive in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub. 
• Change the status to Active. 
• Run the integration job to remove the attribute from Growth Portfolio (Set it to Inactive)
