3766926 - Name generation rule not take effect on Add new employee UI

There is a onSave rule under personalInfo element (scenario = Basic/Trigger onSave rules for HRIS Elements) and is to generate name. But in Add new employee UI, the rule does not work as desired. 

In rule log, it is said:  Retrieved 'personalInfo.personInfo'. Value: 'null'.

1. Hire a new employee using the "Add New Employee" tool.

2. Click "Submit", and then review the personal information of the newly hired employee. It can be observed that the name is not generated according to the configured rule, contrary to the expected behavior.

3. Download the Rule Execution Log, where the following entry can be observed:

   Retrieved 'personalInfo.personInfo'. Value: 'null'.

The rule does not work on the Add New Employee UI when the Rule Scenario is set to "Trigger onSave Rules for HRIS Elements". It only works on the Add New Employee UI when the Rule Scenario is set to "Rules for Hire/Rehire Processes".

Create a new rule with the scenario "Rules for Hire/Rehire Processes" and the base object type "Employee Information Model". Ensure the rule is configured correctly and added to the "Manage Business Configuration".
