3766938 - Error displayed in notification after importing user - bb - retVal:2&DAOException caught: SQLException thrown IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK

After importing user data, the system fails to load users and displays the following error:

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login to instance
2. search Employee Export
3. download Import template
4. Add the user details in import template
5. Go to Employee data import
6. select basic import 
7. select the import file
8. Validate 
9. Import
10. Check the email notification and error id visible

The imported username is associated with a username that already exists in Manage Login Accounts, but the corresponding user record is marked as Inactive in UDF. 

Follow below steps to fix the issue:

1. Review the username/login name that is being assigned to the active user.
2. Navigate to Manage Login Accounts and search for the username/login name.
3. Identify any inactive user profile associated with the same login name.
4. Verify whether the inactive user's UDF record contains a different username while the login name remains mapped to the inactive profile.
5. Update the login name for the inactive user profile to a unique value in Manage Login Accounts.
6. Retry the user update or import operation for the active user.
