3767059 - How to quickly resolve stuck queues issues in relation to LO-SPM component.

Symptom

This article guides the user on：

  • In which circumstance, component LO-SPM* should be selected to report cases to expedite case handling.
  • Introduces the common stuck queues and the corresponding solutions.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to "Warehouse Monitor" app.
  2. Find the stuck queue under "Message Queue" Tab

Resolution

The way to identify issues from component LO-SPM:

Check the Function Module corresponding to the stuck queue (This field can be found under "Message Queue" Tab in "Warehouse Monitor" app.). Open a SAP Support case under component LO-SPM-OUT-2CL if it is the following Function Module:

  • BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE
  • BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE
  • /SPE/GOODSMVT_CREATE
  • /SPE/INB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC

The common stuck queues under component LO-SPM:

  • M7053 - Posting only possible in periods &1 and &2 in company code &3M7 053
  • M7037 - In Plant &1, post to current period &2/&3
  • F5286 - Period &1/&2 is not open for account type &3 and G/L &4
  • F5903 - Posting period &1 &2 not open for variant &4 and ledger &3
  • M7087 - Back-posting only w. same price control (cur. mnth S, prv. mnth V)
  • VL198 - Item &1: Only &2 ST from material &3 are available 
  • M7021 - Deficit of &
  • M7022 - &1. &2 exceeded by &3 : &Material &Plant &Location 
  • VL605 - The batches are not defined for delivery item &1 
  • The stuck queue with Queue State  = "RUNNING"

The corresponding solutions for these stuck queues:

For the stuck queue regarding to error ID "M7053", "M7037", "F5286", "F5903", "M7087":

  • M7053 - Posting only possible in periods &1 and &2 in company code &3M7 053
  • M7037 - In Plant &1, post to current period &2/&3
  • F5286 - Period &1/&2 is not open for account type &3 and G/L &4
  • F5903 - Posting period &1 &2 not open for variant &4 and ledger &3
  • M7087 - Back-posting only w. same price control (cur. mnth S, prv. mnth V)

For the stuck queues regarding to error ID "VL198":

  • VL198 - Item &1: Only &2 ST from material &3 are available

For the stuck queues regarding to error ID "VL605":

  • VL605 - The batches are not defined for delivery item &1

For the stuck queues with Queue State  = "RUNNING":
