Symptom

  • ABAP DUMP DBSQL_CONNECTION_NO_METADATA occurs in various transactions, e.g., displaying details of DUMP info in ST22 could result in the error.
  • Database interface trace shows OCISessionBegin failed with SQL error 28000, ORA-28000: The account is locked. -- this error message can be found in the section "Database Interface Information" in the DUMP.
