When accessing Continuous Performance as a Matrix Manager, inactive Matrix Reports are visible.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
Include Matrix Report channels in Continuous Performance Management (Enable matrix managers and matrix reports to be shown as people selections for Channels by default)
Inactive Matrix Reports appear when accessing Continuous Performance as a Matrix Manager.
Error occurs when accessing the channel/selecting activity in this channel:
Cause
Known issue.
Resolution
Patch fix has been planned for the 2H2026 release. Dates are:
- Preview: October 12
- Production: November 13 - 14
Workaround: Remove the Matrix Manager assignment from these inactive users. Once completed, they will no longer appear in the CPM channel list.
