3767179 - SAP RSH Manage Work Center Utilization – Unable to Reschedule or Dispatch Operations with Status "In Progress"

• In the Manage Work Center Utilization application, users are unable to dispatch, reschedule, or modify operations that have already been partially confirmed and are in the status "In Progress".
• When attempting to change the schedule of such an operation, the system blocks the action and displays the following error message:
  • "You cannot change an operation that is already in process."
