3767216 - Error 068 (MDG_BS_ECC_CUSTOMER): CTI State Not Supported for Tax Classification

Symptom

  • When the customer sales area is defined to include tax classification and the corresponding Business Partner is replicated from ECC to MDG system through DRF, a CTI replication error is triggered.
  • Error ID 068 (MDG_BS_ECC_CUSTOMER) is raised: "CTI state not supported with provided data for entity node TaxClassification."
