3767259 - MDC process work item get Deleted Logically with error message MDC_PROCESS_MSG 201 "Process XXX not found"

Symptom

Create a consolidation or mass processing process and start it. Go to SWIA, you can see that there is a workflow item in a status of 'Deleted Logically'.  The technical details of the workflow item displays error message: MDC_PROCESS_MSG201 Process XXX not found.
