Rehire verification tile not present on the home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Ensure there's a user going through a rehire check
2. Proxy as the affected user who should be able to see the tile
3. After proxying, the tile is not visible

The affected user is not assigned as a responsible user by the rule. 

• There's a rule meant to assign responsible user's for rehire verification task. The scenario of the rule is called Assign Responsible Group for Onboarding Rehire Check (onb2_ResponsibleGroupSelectionRule).
• Even if the permissions and target population are correct, if the rule doesn't assign the responsible group, for which the user is a member of, the rehire coordinator won't see the tile.
• As a resolution, please ensure the rule assigns the affected user's group to rehire verification.
