In Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), users are individuals with system access who interact with the platform to manage contracts and complete assigned tasks throughout the contract lifecycle.

What is User Deprovisioning?

User Deprovisioning refers to the process of removing or disabling a user’s access to ICI when they no longer need it. 

Common Reasons for Deprovisioning:

  • Role Change: User transitions to a different role that doesn't require ICI access.
  • Employee Exit: User has left the organization.
  • Security Compliance: Regular cleanup to avoid risks from inactive users.
