3767351 - "Multiple Assignments" displayed in Global Search even if employments are inactive - Employee Central

Symptom

The profile header shows "Multiple Assignments" even when the user has one active profile and another inactive profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Ensure a user has more than one employment (with at least one inactive);
  2. Search for the user in Global Search and notice the quick card displays "Multiple Assignments".

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

Even if one or more employment is inactive, the "Multiple Assignments" flag will still be displayed. This is by design.
