3767369 - Invoices not visible in My Inbox - You do not have authorization to perform this action

Symptom

  • Invoices are not visible in My Inbox app for the user although authorizations to the relevant company codes have been granted.
  • When attempting to act on an invoice, the error appears: "You do not have authorization to perform this action. To perform this action, your administrator must have assigned you the Process Tasks permission for the company code of this invoice."
