• Restart the pending task from BPE Manage Process task and see error message 
• An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=xxxx, timestamp=xxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. 
• Check Manage Data >> AssignedComplianceForm, it is I9_SECTION2_2023_V1 for impacted candidate
