3767598 - How to verify Workflow RFC destination registration logs in SMQS

Symptom

  • Workflows are not functioning correctly in the system, such as workflows not starting or workflow system jobs not taking effect.
  • In SMQS, the workflow RFC destinations WORKFLOW_LOCAL_XXX or WORKFLOW_EVENT_XXX display an unregistered status (Type = U).
  • Workflow/system administrators need to identify the user responsible for changes in SMQS.
