3767653 - ATC check results dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND with error Function module "ARS_CHK_COM_FIND_ISSUES" not found

Symptom

When running a clean core remote ATC check, there are many CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND dumps with short text: Function module "ARS_CHK_COM_FIND_ISSUES" not found.

The dumps are visible in ST22 on the checked (remote) system.
