3767694 - "Can't run form" error popup or no data visible in GRDC forms due to missing read restrictions for reporting in consolidation — SAP Group Reporting Data Collection / SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• When opening specific GRDC forms, some users receive the popup: "Can't run the form. Contact your system administrator with this log ID: xyz" or they see the form but without meaningful numbers (instead they see 0 everywhere)
• For other users with more privileges, the form opens as expected
