3767719 - EDM: Profile values remain editable in billed period

Symptom

  • Profile values can be changed even though the period is already billed and invoiced; values should be locked after billing/release.
  • The “No Profile Changes in Billed Period” indicator in EPROFASSROLE is set, yet changes are still allowed.
  • Relevant error message when the billed-end date is correctly determined: Message No. EPRO165.
