3767720 - Accessibility issue - Search icon button lacks accessible label - Recruiting Marketing

In the the Google Map component the magnifying glass icon that is used to execute a search is only announced as a generic “button” by screen readers, providing no indication of its specific purpose.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. In external career site>> Google Map component >>check the magnifying glass- the search icon button.
2. Right click and inspect>>elements>>In the Accessibility panel(computed properties) review the properties and observe that no accessible name is provided.

Engineering team has identified a fix for this, which is currently planned for 2H2026 .
