Symptom

When creating billing document in the "Create Billing Documents" app, error "Can't bill item category GAVC in SD docs of type GA2 using billing type G2." occurs.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

One of the possible cause of this issue is that the scope item 7KW has not been activated in the system.

Resolution

Activate the scope item 7KW to make the item category GAVC available in the copying control from GA2 to G2.
